Responsibilities

• Answer a high volume of incoming telephone calls promptly, courteously, and professionally.
• Direct incoming calls to the appropriate team members or departments.
• Assist customers with general inquiries and routine administrative requests.
• Accurately document customer interactions, messages, and service requests.
• Perform daily data entry, ensuring customer information is entered correctly and completely.
• Process, review, scan, upload, and electronically file documents.
• Maintain organized and accurate electronic customer records.
• Monitor incoming emails and distribute correspondence to appropriate team members.
• Assist with processing forms, applications, and other administrative documents.
• Follow established office procedures and maintain confidentiality of customer information.
