Responsibilities

• Perform daily data entry, ensuring customer information is entered correctly and completely.
• Process, review, scan, upload, and electronically file documents.
• Review incoming paperwork for completeness and accuracy.
• Maintain organized and accurate electronic customer records.
• Monitor incoming emails and distribute correspondence to appropriate team members.
• Assist with processing forms, applications, and other administrative documents.
• Follow established office procedures and maintain confidentiality of customer information.
• Complete assigned tasks efficiently while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
• Manage multiple responsibilities and prioritize assignments in a fast-paced environment.
• Provide general clerical and administrative support to other team members.
