Michael Geffre-Farmers Insurance Agency in Laguna Beach, CA seeks an experienced Insurance Customer Service Representative to join as Account Manager in the Customer Service Department. You will lead our customer service team to deliver an outstanding client experience and address inquiries.

The role requires an active CA P&C license, 1+ year of agency experience, strong communication and leadership skills, and a proactive, team-oriented attitude.

Qualifications

• Active California Property & Casualty license required.
• Minimum 1+ years of insurance agency experience.
• Self-starter with a sense of urgency.
• Excellent communication/interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and support.

• Provide ongoing support to insurance clients as needed.
• Respond to inquiries, cancellation requests, and sales requests within a specified timeframe.
• Ability to multitask effectively throughout daily workflow.
