Job summary

The Stephanie Raieta State Farm Agency in Glenside, PA is seeking a Customer Relations Representative who delivers outstanding service while identifying in-book sales opportunities. You will resolve questions, manage policy changes, and support claims, always aiming to add value for clients.

Full licensing is required: Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses. If not fully licensed, you’ll obtain the Property & Casualty license prior to Day 1 with our guidance and support to help you

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
• License requirements for Property & Casualty and Life & Health.
• Experience in customer service, account management, or insurance preferred.

Responsibilities

• Answer customer inquiries and provide clear, accurate policy information.
• Assist customers with policy changes, updates, and endorsements.
• Support customers through the claims process and follow up as needed.
• Conduct account reviews and identify in-book sales opportunities when appropriate.
• Recommend additional products using a needs-based, customer-first approach.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of all customer interactions.
• Coordinate with agency team members to deliver a seamless customer experience.
