Job summary

Stephanie Raieta State Farm Agency is seeking a service-driven Customer Retention Specialist who excels at building long-term relationships and supporting clients through life’s changes. You’ll help with renewals, changes, and questions while identifying coverage gaps and recommending protection that truly benefits the customer.

You will work primarily with existing customers, focusing on renewals and questions, and pivot conversations toward in-book sales when appropriate.

Qualifications

• Full licensing is required.
• Candidates must hold Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses.
• If not fully licensed, must obtain Property & Casualty license prior to Day 1 start.

Responsibilities

• Renewals and policy updates with existing customers.
• Provide calm, professional support during service and claims discussions.
• Conduct account reviews and assist with policy changes and updates.
• Identify coverage gaps and pivot conversations to in-book sales when appropriate.
• Recommend additional products using a needs-based, customer-first approach.
• Maintain accurate documentation of all customer interactions.
• Collaborate with team to meet retention, service, and outreach goals.
