You will respond via phone, chat or email, research answers, and ensure policy alignment with customer needs for personal and/or commercial lines.

High school diploma required; P&C license preferred with 3 months to obtain. Strong communication, organization and multitasking skills are essential in a fast-paced environment with hybrid

Qualifications

• P&C license preferred; must be obtained within 3 months of employment.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic operational and customer support to administrators, agents, brokers and policyholders.
• Communicate via phone, chat or email with internal and external channels.
• Research inquiries and craft accurate answers based on customer channel.
• Coordinate with the Lindbergh Insurance Group team for proper handling.
• Maintain records of interactions, actions taken, and quotes/bindings.
• Assist with quotes and binding coverage for RLI products.
• Take on additional duties as needed.
