Job summary

RLI Insurance Company seeks a front-line operations and customer support professional to respond to inquiries, provide product knowledge, and ensure policy alignment with customer needs for personal and/or commercial lines.

You will communicate via telephone, chat or email, keep records of inquiries, prepare quotes and bind coverage, and coordinate with the Lindbergh Insurance Group team to ensure smooth handling. P&C license preferred; high school diploma required.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a high school diploma; P&C license preferred but required within 3 months of employment
• 0+ years of related experience for consideration
• Equivalent level of education and experience allowed

Responsibilities

• Provide basic operational and customer support to administrators, agents, brokers and policyholders.
• Effectively communicate via telephone, chat or email with various internal or external channels.
• Research and develop appropriate answers based on customer inquiries.
• Coordinate with Lindbergh Insurance Group team to ensure proper handling of inquiries.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Prepare quotes and bind coverage for RLI insurance products.
• Assist with other duties as needed.
