Job summary

RLI Corp is hiring an Associate Customer Experience Agent for Personal Lines to provide front-line support across multiple channels. The role focuses on aligning insurance products with customer needs and handling inquiries for personal lines policies.

The position emphasizes strong communication, record-keeping and the ability to bind quotes when appropriate, with a base salary discussion as part of Total Rewards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• P&C license preferred but will be required within 3 months of employment.
• 0+ years of related experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic operational and customer support to administrators, agents, brokers and policyholders.
• Communicate via telephone, chat or email with internal or external channels.
• Research and develop appropriate answers to inquiries based on customer channel.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Prepare quotes and bind coverage for RLI insurance products when appropriate.
• Assist with other duties as needed.
