Job Responsibilities

Provide exceptional customer service by assisting policyholders with insurance inquiries, policy updates, and billing concerns.

Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining a high level of professionalism, ensuring customer satisfaction and building strong client relationships.

Collaborate with team members to meet performance goals and deliver accurate information in a fast-paced call center environment.
