Job summary

Pennsylvania Lumbermens Mutual Insurance Company is seeking a Customer Service Representative to serve as the primary contact for policyholders and brokers. You will answer calls, assist with claims and underwriting information, handle billing inquiries, and log new business submissions.

Responsibilities include setting up new claims, processing loss run requests, directing brokers to the Producer Portal, and providing portal training.

Qualifications

• Insurance experience preferred, commercial insurance encouraged.
• Must obtain Property & Casualty Agent license.
• Participation in continuing education opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Answer calls for all departments from main customer service number following standards.
• Assist customers with general information about claims and underwriting.
• Handle billing inquiries for insurance premiums and e-payments.
• Process and log new business submissions.
• Set up new claims and provide broker portal training.
• Provide backup support to other Customer Service Representatives.
