Responsibilities

• Assist clients with policy service requests and insurance questions.
• Review policies, renewals, endorsements, and billing inquiries.
• Prepare quotes and process policy changes as permitted by your license.
• Follow up on renewals, cancellations, and outstanding client requests.
• Communicate with carriers and underwriting teams.
• Maintain accurate client records in Applied Epic.
• Support commercial and personal lines account servicing.
• Build strong relationships through exceptional customer service.
