Job summary

Enterprise Risk Associates is seeking a licensed Florida professional to manage commercial and personal lines accounts in-office in Bradenton. Base pay is hourly with commission opportunities, benefits, and room for growth.

This role emphasizes client relationships, coverage options, and proactive account management. Ideal candidates have Florida 4-40 and 2-20 license goals, strong communication, and the ability to work with carriers and underwriters.

Qualifications

• Property & casualty insurance experience required.
• Independent agency experience preferred.
• Applied Epic experience preferred.
• Strong coverage knowledge and client relationships.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple accounts.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage and service commercial and personal lines accounts.
• Review policies, renewals, endorsements, audits, and coverage changes.
• Prepare and present coverage options and insurance proposals.
• Build strong relationships with clients, carriers, and underwriters.
• Follow up on renewals, service requests, policy changes, and account activity.
• Identify cross-sell and account-rounding opportunities.
• Assist with new business development and agency growth initiatives.
• Deliver exceptional client service and account retention.
