NCM Insurance Agency is seeking a Customer Service Representative to be a primary contact for existing and prospective customers. You will help with policy inquiries, routine changes, renewal payments, and documentation requests while supporting insurance agents with quotes and policy materials.

Strong communication, organization, and attention to detail are essential as you navigate multiple tasks and ensure a positive customer experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Previous customer service or administrative experience preferred.
• Knowledge of insurance products, policy coverages, and policy schedules preferred.
• Previous experience in an insurance agency or related industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming phone calls, emails, and digital inquiries regarding insurance policies and general agency information.
• Provide prompt, professional, and courteous customer service across all channels.
• Assist customers with routine policy servicing requests, including policy changes, insurance ID cards, documentation requests, and renewal payments.
• Support insurance agents by gathering information for new business and existing policy requests.
• Assist with policy documentation, record retention, and compliance requirements.
• Contact existing customers regarding upcoming renewals, outstanding information, and payment requirements to prevent lapses.
• Educate customers on online self-service options and assist navigating digital resources.
• Review customer policies and direct requests for new coverage or complex changes to the agent.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-up activities.
