Job summary

Crown Insurance Agency Inc is seeking a motivated Insurance Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our Los Angeles team. You’ll be the friendly voice our clients rely on, helping them understand their coverage and feel confident in their insurance decisions.

In a fast-paced environment, you’ll build lasting client relationships, handle policy changes, renewals, and claims intake, and support producers with quotes and documentation while maintaining meticulous records.

Qualifications

• Active California P&C license preferred or willing to obtain.
• 1+ year of experience in insurance customer service.
• Strong knowledge of personal and/or commercial lines products.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Familiarity with agency management software such as Applied Epic or AMS360.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus in the LA market.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for clients regarding policies and coverage questions.
• Process policy changes, endorsements, renewals, and cancellations accurately.
• Handle inbound calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries with a client-first attitude.
• Assist clients with claims intake and guide them through the process.
• Maintain and update client records in the agency management system.
• Support producers with quotes, applications, and policy documentation.
• Identify cross-sell or upsell opportunities to meet client needs.
