Job summary

Crown Insurance Agency Inc is seeking a motivated Insurance Customer Service Representative to join our team in Los Angeles, CA. You will be the friendly voice for clients, helping them with coverage decisions and inquiries in a fast-paced, relationship-building environment.

Responsibilities include handling policy changes, renewals, and cancellations, assisting with claims intake, and supporting producers with quotes and documentation. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus in LA market.

Qualifications

• Active California P&C license preferred or willingness to obtain.
• 1+ year of experience in insurance customer service or related field.
• Strong knowledge of personal/commercial insurance products.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for clients regarding policies and coverage questions.
• Process policy changes, endorsements, renewals, and cancellations.
• Handle inbound calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries professionally.
• Assist clients with claims intake and guide them through the claims process.
• Maintain and update client records in agency management systems.
• Support producers with quotes, applications, and policy documentation.
• Identify cross-sell or upsell opportunities to meet client needs.
