Responsibilities include maintaining files, preparing renewals, processing payments and endorsements, auditing, assisting clients, and providing courteous service.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and organize agency files, both electronic and paper
• Prepare agency solicitation, renewal conservation and other customer mailings
• Maintain correspondence on customer’s files
• Run weekly and daily audits
• Run and process additional Alliance audits as requested by other members of the staff
• Follow up and complete all trailing documents for new and existing clients
• Answer incoming calls expeditiously and courteously and direct them to the appropriate person promptly and efficiently
• Greets all customers coming into the agency in a friendly and helpful manner
• Receives and processes insurance payments excluding those processed at time of binding
• Receives and processes endorsements in an expeditious and efficient manner
• Provide and verify general and non-technical information to inquiries over the telephone or in person
• Work well with other employees and is a team player with a positive attitude
• Maintain a positive and self-driven, self-motivated attitude!
