Job summary

The Juris Agency in Coastal Alabama is seeking a Customer Service Representative to guide families in insurance decisions and protect their interests. You will identify opportunities to improve coverage and support the agency’s growth, both in person and by phone.

The role emphasizes building lasting client relationships, proactive policy reviews, and collaboration with the sales team to meet goals. A license upon hire is required to move forward.

Qualifications

• Insurance experience is a plus, but not required.
• Active Property & Casualty or Personal Lines license required upon hire (cost to obtain a new license is reimbursable).
• Customer service and/or sales experience helpful.
• Self-motivated and confident, with the ability to work independently.
• Strong follow-through, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to multi-task.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
• Comfortable with technology and open to learning new systems.

Responsibilities

• Impress clients with exceptional service - both in person and by phone.
• Listen attentively to clients' needs and recommend tailored insurance solutions.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships through regular communication.
• Proactively contact existing clients to review policies and uncover opportunities for additional coverage.
• Generate new business through referrals, networking, and community involvement.
