BCG Attorney Search is seeking an experienced Insurance Coverage Litigation Associate Attorney in Myrtle Beach, SC. The role offers hands-on experience across all phases of civil litigation, from inception to trial, with direct client contact.

Remote/hybrid options may be available after training. The position requires 3–5 years of relevant insurance defense experience and a valid North or South Carolina bar license, with strong communication and organizational skills to manage multiple tasks

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of insurance coverage litigation or relevant experience.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and detail-oriented abilities.]
• Licensed to practice law in North or South Carolina.

Responsibilities

• Assess files, create action plans, budgets, and recommendations.
• Identify pleading requirements and delegate tasks to paralegals as needed.
• Prepare discovery responses and manage document production.
• Attend depositions, hearings, and discovery events with detailed reports.
• Negotiate settlements, secure authority, and prepare for trial as needed.
• Maintain regular communication with paralegals and legal assistants.
