• Participate in depositions, hearings, mediations, and trials
• Draft interrogatories, document requests, and responses
• Review and analyze document collections in preparation for litigation
• Engage in direct communications with domestic and international insurers
• Collaborate with partners and team members to advance case objectives with efficiency
