Qualifications

• Arizona admission to practice required.
• 3+ years of insurance coverage litigation experience.
• Experience with first-party property and third-party liability claims is preferred.
• Strong research and writing skills essential.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Analyze insurance policies and draft coverage opinions.
• Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, memos and briefs.
• Prepare and respond to written discovery.
• Attend depositions, EUOs, hearings, mediations and trials as required.
