• German language skills or European experience are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Represent clients in high-stakes disputes and coverage litigation.
• Analyze rights and obligations under insurance policies and provide coverage opinions.
• Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery; manage depositions and discovery responses.
• Prepare cases for mediation or trial and report to clients.
• Supervise and coordinate work with associates and other team members.
