Key Responsibilities:

• Work closely with the firm's key shareholders.
• Represent insurers and reinsurers in complex matters in state and federal court.
• The group handles an array of matters including commercial general liability, professional liability, and Directors & Officers coverage matters, involving claims such as commercial disputes, construction defects, civil rights, environmental pollution, bodily injury, and bad faith.
• Assist in the development of junior members of the group.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree.
• Active state bar membership, ideally eligible to practice law in the local state.
• 7+ years of experience as an insurance coverage attorney.
• A book of business is not required.
