Position Overview

Associate Attorneys will manage the legal defense of workers’ compensation cases from inception to final resolution, handling all aspects of discovery and litigation. The role involves close collaboration with insurance companies, employers, and third-party administrators.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage workers’ compensation cases through all phases of litigation
• Conduct legal research, discovery, and case analysis
• Draft legal documents and represent clients in hearings and negotiations
• Collaborate with stakeholders to develop case strategies
• Maintain proactive case management to achieve optimal outcomes

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and Juris Doctor (JD)
• Active membership in the State Bar of California
• Superior research, analytical, and negotiation skills
• Excellent written and oral communication abilities

• Salary Range: $100,000 - $220,000 annually, with quarterly bonus opportunities
