Our client is currently seeking an Insurance Coverage Attorney to join their growing team. This is a fully remote position open to candidates across CA or the candidates who are barred in California with at least 2 years of experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive coverage opinions and risk assessments for insurers.
• Analyze insurance policies including CGL, E&O, D&O, and property lines.
• Handle litigation matters from inception through resolution, including pleadings, motions, and discovery.

Qualifications:

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the CA bar in good standing.
• Minimum of 2 years of insurance coverage experience, preferably in a law firm environment.
