Job summary

Rock Dental Brand is seeking a skilled dental insurance coordinator to join our team. You will be a key point of contact for patients and insurance providers, helping the office run efficiently.

Duties include greeting patients, scheduling appointments, verifying insurance eligibility and benefits, collecting payments, estimating patient fees, filing documents, and other front-desk tasks. Dental and/or insurance experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma and basic computer skills required.
• 1+ years of dental office experience and/or insurance coordinator experience preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a professional demeanor.
• Duties include greeting patients, scheduling appointments, verifying insurance eligibility and benefits, collecting payments, estimating patient fees, filing documents, and other front-desk tasks.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and assist them at the front desk.
• Schedule patient appointments and coordinate calendar logistics.
• Verify insurance eligibility and benefits, and communicate it to patients.
• Collect payments and estimate patient fees as needed.
• File documents and perform other office duties as assigned.
• Collaborate with team to ensure smooth office operations.
