Rock Family Dental in Conway, AR is seeking a Practice Manager to oversee daily operations, scheduling, patient flow and service quality in a fast-paced, patient-centered dental clinic.

This role demands strong leadership, excellent communication, organization, time management and the ability to train and motivate staff while maintaining a positive image of Rock Dental Brands.

Qualifications

• Licensed as a Registered Dental Assistant/Certified Dental Assistant in state working (preferred).
• CPR training (preferred).
• 1+ years working experience in clinic operations with leadership aptitude or equivalent management experience.
• Good conflict resolution skills.
• Proven work history of excellence.
