We’re on the hunt for an experienced Orthodontic Insurance Coordinator to help us manage the financial side of our multiple locations. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to make a big impact on the success of our practice while working closely with a supportive team of professionals.

As an Orthodontic Insurance Coordinator, you'll be at the heart of our financial operations. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Verifying patient insurance eligibility and benefits across multiple locations

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• 1+ year of experience in orthodontic insurance coordination (multi-site preferred)
• Strong knowledge of dental or orthodontic insurance, billing, and coding
• Strong excel skills
• Experience working with various insurance companies and plans
• Excellent communication skills – you can explain complex insurance terms in simple language
• A keen eye for detail and strong organizational skills
• Proficiency with practice management software and insurance claim tools
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Willingness to travel to partner practices when needed
