Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years of experience in a patient financial, treatment coordination, or dental/orthodontic financial role (multi-site experience preferred).
• Strong understanding of orthodontic or dental financial processes and payment structures.
• Proficient in Excel and practice management software.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a patient-first mindset.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with a team.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, multi-location environment.
• Willingness to travel one time a year to visit practices.

Responsibilities
