Job summary

Provisional Recruiting + Staffing seeks a contract administrator for an insurance provider in Spokane, WA. The role focuses on delivering timely information and ensuring performance across portfolios for existing contract holders and producers.

Work hours are Monday–Thursday 8:00am–5:00pm and Friday 8:00am–1:00pm. Wage is $19/hour with 100% paid benefits upon hire, supporting a stable, customer-centric operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Excellent customer service.
• Excellent computer skills and attention to detail.
• Typing skills of approximately 50 WPM.

Responsibilities

• Process client requests for annuity surrenders, withdrawals, transfers.
• Adhere to state and federal regulations, conduct and compliance.
• Verify all distributions and direct deposits.
• Provide written and verbal communication to producers and clients.
• Illustrate quotes and annuitize existing policies.
• Other duties as assigned.
