Qualifikationen

• 1-3 years in commercial real estate mortgage industry of insurance compliance processing and/or experience in Commercial Insurance selling, underwriting or claims.
• Ability to plan, organize, and prioritize assignments; meet deadlines; maintain confidentiality.

Aufgaben

• Analyze insurance coverage to ensure compliance with loan documents and investor requirements.
• Review policy renewals and advise borrower/agent to ensure timely compliance.
• Remediate non-compliant issues through information requests and correspondence with agents/brokers and borrowers.
• Monitor reports and deadlines; communicate portfolio status to management as needed.
• Utilize servicing systems to facilitate insurance reviews and stay updated on regulatory changes.
