Job summary

Responsibilities include quoting coverage, processing changes, and maintaining documentation while training toward a Property & Casualty License within six months.

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to follow instructions and maintain organized client records.
• Willingness to obtain Property & Casualty License within 6 months (agency will support).

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal insurance policies (home, auto, renters, umbrella).
• Quote new business and explain coverage options clearly.
• Process policy changes, renewals, claims and cancellations.
• Respond to client questions and service requests.
• Maintain accurate and organized client documentation.
• Follow carrier guidelines and agency procedures.
