Responsibilities

• Support existing clients with policy changes, billing questions, coverage questions, and general account needs.
• Assist with in-office customer appointments and conversations.
• Identify opportunities within existing client relationships (account reviews, coverage gaps, additional needs).
• Proactively follow up and strengthen client relationships.
• Reduce day-to-day workload on agency leadership to focus on growth and client experience.
• Maintain accurate client records and documentation.
• Follow agency systems, workflows, and service standards.
• Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and team meetings.
• Grow insurance knowledge and develop skills for additional responsibilities.
