Job summary

Wheeler & Taylor Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented Client Service Representative to support our growing client base in a professional insurance environment. You will maintain strong client relationships and ensure day-to-day servicing needs are handled accurately and efficiently.

Key duties include processing policy changes, endorsements, and document management, while collaborating with Account Managers and Producers to ensure timely follow-up and exceptional service.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Prior experience in insurance or client service is a plus but not required.
• Proficient with computers and basic office software.
• Able to collaborate effectively in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary point of contact for client service requests.
• Assist with policy changes, endorsements, certificates, and general account maintenance.
• Communicate with carriers to obtain information, process requests, and resolve issues.
• Support Account Managers and Producers with documentation and client follow-up.
• Maintain accurate records within agency management systems.
• Respond to client inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Help onboarding new clients.
