Qualifications

• Active Property and Casualty license in Michigan.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Solid understanding of insurance policy structures.
• Ability to explain complex information clearly.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for our clients, answering their questions about policies with care and clarity.
• Process routine policy changes and endorsements to ensure our clients have the protection they need.
• Assist with billing inquiries and payment processing to keep accounts in good standing.
• Document client interactions accurately within our system to ensure we are always providing consistent service.
• Collaborate with our sales team to ensure existing clients are fully aware of any gaps in their current coverage.
• Maintain an organized and welcoming office environment for walk-in visitors.
