Qualifications

• Michigan Property & Casualty license required before first day.
• Life & Health license preferred.
• Previous insurance experience not required.
• High school diploma required; associate/bachelor degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers by phone, text, and email.
• Process policy and account changes.
• Explain billing, coverage, and renewal questions.
• Assist customers with claims and service concerns.
• Complete underwriting and account follow-up.
• Build strong relationships with existing customers.
• Identify cross-sell and financial services opportunities.
• Ask for referrals and customer reviews.
• Manage daily tasks, follow-up, and customer expectations.
• Help create an exceptional overall customer experience.
