Responsibilities

• Build and maintain meaningful relationships with our Wayne neighbors by offering consistent, honest advice.
• Assist current policyholders with billing inquiries, claim reporting, and policy modifications in a friendly, supportive manner.
• Document client interactions accurately within our internal systems to ensure seamless follow-up.
• Collaborate with the agency owner on local outreach and community engagement initiatives.
