Job summary

Alliant Insurance Services, Inc. is seeking a customer service–oriented professional to support Producers by servicing existing accounts, soliciting new business, and handling renewals.

The role carries independent responsibility for servicing and retaining assigned clients and policies, with an emphasis on accuracy, timely communication, and teamwork within a dynamic insurance environment.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent required.
• Minimum four years of related work experience.
• Valid insurance license and ongoing CE for license renewal.

Responsibilities

• Package and market applications to carriers for quotes.
• Negotiate prices, commissions, and coverages with carriers.
• Review policies and determine appropriate coverage levels.
• Manage renewal process for expiring policies.
• Address client inquiries and collections on past due accounts.
• Prepare presentations and proposals for clients.
• Prepare draft certificate templates for review and approval.
• Bind insurance coverage and prepare binders.
• Maintain data integrity in agency management system.
