Job summary

Hylant is seeking an Associate Client Service Manager to support a modest book of business and collaborate with internal resources to ensure a positive client experience and retention.

The role includes onboarding new clients, managing renewals, and assisting with risk assessments and coverage procurement. A bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of client service experience are required, with an active Life & Health license or ability to obtain within 90 days and strong MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, insurance, risk management, or related field.
• 2+ years of insurance client service experience.
• Active Life & Health license or the ability to obtain within 90 days of employment.
• Intermediate Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary service contact to clients for a low to moderately complex book of business.
• Onboard new clients with staff to ensure complete and accurate information.
• Manage client renewal process to meet timing and quality standards.
• Assist with relationship development with clients, carrier partners, and internal teams.
• Support senior staff on larger/complex accounts and assist with coverage procurement.
