Job summary

C1 Insurance Group, a Dallas-based insurance agency, is seeking a customer service professional to manage policy changes, billing updates, cancellations, and reinstatements. You will be the main contact for clients, resolving inquiries with courtesy and speed, while using CRM tools and MS Office daily.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of customer service or order fulfillment experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced office environment.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of customer service or order fulfillment experience.
• Strong tech skills and ability to navigate browsers and multiple systems.
• Excellent communication and time management; reliable and proactive.

Responsibilities

• Manage all customer requests from start to finish (policy changes, billing updates, cancellations).
• Serve as main point of contact, resolving issues in a courteous, timely manner.
• Navigate CRM tools and websites to research information and communicate with clients.
• Assist the team with administrative tasks while maintaining confidentiality.
