Job summary

Integrated Insurance Advisors LLC is seeking a Customer Service Representative to support existing clients with policy updates, quotes, payments, and documentation. You will interact with customers and carriers to ensure accurate service and timely responses.

Responsibilities include handling inquiries, offering product options, and maintaining client relationships through professional communication and efficient follow-up in a fast-paced insurance office.

Qualifications

• Holds a South Carolina insurance license or is motivated to study to obtain one.
• Two years of personal or commercial lines insurance experience or comparable work exposure.
• Strong knowledge of insurance products, underwriting procedures, and carrier operations.
• Excellent communication skills and professional phone etiquette.

Responsibilities

• Provide service to existing clients: updates, quotes, payments, documentation.
• Answer calls and correspondence regarding policies and service all claims.
• Assist new clients or support a producer to assess needs and bind new coverage.
• Set appointments and review policies, liability limits, and renewals.
• Explain products and services, quote renewals, take payments, and provide documentation.
• Resolve issues by clarifying concerns, expediting corrections, and following up.
• Review audits or policies and coordinate with carriers for corrections.
• Maintain records in the agency management system.
• Collaborate with team, mentor staff, and participate in meetings.
