Aon plc in Bannockburn, IL is seeking an Account Specialist II to join our hybrid office. You will resolve inquiries and manage tasks tied to renewals, invoices, and other ACS deliverables, ensuring accuracy and timeliness for clients.

You'll identify required documents, process endorsements, issue auto IDs, and collaborate with field offices and outsourced partners. Mentoring junior staff and maintaining system data will be key parts of the role, with focus on client satisfaction and compliant

Competenze

• 2+ years of commercial insurance experience preferred.
• Property & Casualty broker license preferred; license within 6 months
• Strong communication with clients and internal teams
• Proficient in Excel and Word; basic VLOOKUP helpful

Mansioni

• Identify and retrieve compliance docs for renewals, invoices, and filings.
• Process renewals, invoices, auto IDs, endorsements, and client requests.
• Mentor junior staff on complex account functions.
• Ensure Bridge and Broker Desktop records are accurate.
• Liaise with outsourced providers for timely outputs.
• Produce policy summaries and schedules after placement.
• Manage and complete special client projects.
• Participate in office and client visits.
