Job summary

Marsh McLennan Agency’s Personal Insurance division is seeking a client-focused service professional to deliver outstanding insurance and risk management customer service to clients. You will educate, inform and tailor personal risk solutions to each client’s unique needs, supported by a hands-on training program and mentorship to ensure success.

You’ll collaborate with sales and service teams to handle requests, renewals, and recommendations while maintaining accurate client data and pursuing

Responsibilities

• Identify up-sell and cross-sell opportunities with colleagues.
