Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Insurance licenses preferred but not required at hire.
• Customer service, administrative, or insurance experience preferred.
• Strong communication and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Attention to detail and comfort working with numbers and quotes.

Responsabilités

• Maintain valid Pennsylvania Property & Casualty and Life & Health insurance licenses.
• Manage client accounts to support renewals, cross-selling, and client retention.
• Conduct exposure and needs analysis to provide informed recommendations.
• Prospect, quote, and process policies using internal and external systems.
• Deliver excellent customer service via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
• Review applications for completeness and accuracy prior to compliance submission.
• Provide clerical and administrative support to the insurance team as needed.
• Follow established workflows and protect client confidentiality.
• Promote AAA products and refer opportunities across lines of business.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
