Qualifications

• Experience in selling insurance products or financial services is a plus.
• Ability to educate and advise customers on product options.
• Strong closing skills with a results-driven mindset.

Responsibilities

• Sell with purpose by helping customers protect what matters most through personalized insurance solutions.
• Educate and advise customers by confidently quoting and explaining auto, home, life, pet, and other personal insurance products.
• Generate and convert leads using AAA member referrals, inbound calls, walk-ins, internet inquiries, and proactive prospecting.
• Build and manage a strong sales pipeline, consistently nurturing leads through the sales process.
• Drive results by completing 50+ prospecting calls per week and achieving high closing ratios.
• Cross-sell and upsell additional AAA products and services to AAA members.
