Job summary

Sterling Seacrest Pritchard Inc. is seeking a Client Service Associate to support Client Service Executives and Producers in marketing and sales processes for new and renewing business. You will serve as the primary service contact for clients and uphold SSP’s service standards.

The role involves account management, renewal negotiations, and collaboration with underwriters. A Property & Casualty license and strong communication are essential to success.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of relevant experience.
• Active Property & Casualty Agent’s License.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Eagerness to learn and develop new skills in the insurance industry.
• Experience in managing client accounts and conducting renewals.
• Leadership and mentoring abilities.

Responsibilities

• Act as the main servicer on some accounts, responsible for renewal/marketing.
• Review contracts for clients and notify insureds of changes.
• Educate insureds on state requirements for COI issuance.
• Handle complex reconciliations with Accounting or manager.
• Create accurate premium allocations and invoices.
