Qualifications

• Prior insurance sales experience in an agency setting.
• Current Property & Casualty or Life and Health license.
• Strong presentation skills with high energy and the ability to work independently as well as in a team.

Responsibilities

• Solicit new clients and service existing clients in line with the firm’s goals and approach to sales.
• Gather data for service team to prepare quotes and negotiate with underwriters as appropriate.
• Develop a network of prospects through cold calling, referrals, industry groups, and centers of influence.
• Keep current with carriers, partners, products, and applicable legislation.
• Facilitate risk management audits and ensure timely delivery of sales deliverables.
