Holmes Murphy & Associates in Cedar Rapids, IA is seeking a Client Service Consultant to join the Property Casualty team. The role focuses on managing client accounts, leading carrier meetings, and renewing policies while ensuring accuracy across coverage schedules and documents.

The position requires strong customer service experience, insurance knowledge, and an active license or the ability to obtain one within three months. A college degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma required; college degree preferred.
• Experience: 5+ years in customer service, underwriting or risk management in insurance.
• Licensing: Active Life & Health/Property Casualty license or ability to acquire within 3 months.

Responsabilités

• Attend insurance carrier meetings and lead client meetings as needed.
• Manage accounts from start to finish with possible support for complex clients.
• Prepare renewal meetings, market renewals, and negotiate with underwriters.
• Review quotes for accuracy and prepare client proposals; ensure data accuracy in systems.
