Job summary

Holmes Murphy Insurance in Minneapolis, MN is seeking a Client Service Consultant for our Property Casualty team. This role will manage accounts end-to-end, lead client meetings, and collaborate with underwriters to renew policies.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of customer service experience in the insurance industry.
• Experience in underwriting or risk management.
• Active Life & Health / Property Casualty license or ability to obtain within 3 months of hire.
• Able to consult with clients and deliver proactive solutions using agency systems.

Responsibilities

• Attend carrier meetings and lead client meetings as needed.
• Handle accounts from start to finish with possible support for larger, complex accounts.
• Pre-renewal meetings and development of client opportunities.
• Market renewal policies and negotiate with underwriters.
• Review quotes for accuracy and prepare proposals for clients.
• Ensure accuracy of coverage schedules, policies, endorsements and audits.
