Holmes Murphy & Associates is seeking a Client Service Consultant to join our Property Casualty team in Cedar Rapids, IA. You will support end-to-end client service, renewals, and collaboration with underwriters to deliver exceptional service.

Responsibilities include leading client meetings, preparing renewal documents, and ensuring data accuracy across carrier documents and schedules. A strong insurance background and licensing are essential.

Formación

• High school diploma required; college degree preferred.
• 5+ years of customer service experience in insurance.
• Active Life & Health / Property Casualty license or ability to obtain within 3 months.
• Strong consultation and client servicing skills; ability to lead meetings and coordinate renewals.

Responsabilidades

• Attend insurance carrier meetings and lead client meetings.
• Manage accounts from start to finish with possible support.
• Consult with team for pre-renewal meetings and opportunities.
• Market renewal policies and negotiate with underwriters.
• Review quotes for accuracy and prepare client proposals.
• Ensure accuracy of client data and carrier documents.
• Prepare renewal documents and store in agency system.
• Prepare PSR, schedules, experience mods, loss runs, and related files.
