Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of customer service, underwriting, or risk management experience in the insurance industry.
• Active state-specific Property Casualty Insurance agent’s license required or ability to acquire within three months of hire.
• Ability to understand clients, prioritize tasks, and deliver impactful solutions proactively.

Responsibilities

• Understand client operations to ensure appropriate coverage.
• Consult on pre-renewal meetings and develop client opportunities.
• Market renewal policies and negotiate with underwriters.
